Setting up Taxes

• You can set up to two levels of taxes, the federal or country level and the state or provincial level.
  
  
• You can provide the name and the tax rate. For the state/provincial tax, you need to select the state/province that you will be collecting the tax.
  
  
• You can also manually add the states/provinces if you are creating the stores for other countries.
  
  

Adding Categories and Products

• This screen is where you would maintain your product/service information. You build your catalogs from this screen.
  
  
• You can set up an unlimited number of categories and subcategories.
  
  
• You can insert images or add links to external URLs.
  
  
• Use the simple point and click method to easily enter and maintain your categories or items. Do you want to move one category to another? Click on 'Remove' and the program will prompt you to either remove it or move it to another category.
  
  
• You can even duplicate similar items for different categories.
  
  
• Buttons for publishing (generate store) or configuring your stores appear on the top section.
  
  
  

Items - Basic or Detailed info? The choice is yours.
You can link to any items from any web page.

• On the Items screen, you can enter just the basic information about the items, like only the name and the price. Or you can indicate if it is a new item, special offer item, link to external URL, full size image, short description, full page description...
  
  
• You can now link to the items from any web pages to allow your customers to purchase the items directly without going through your main storefront.
  
  
• You can also insert html tags in the descriptions.
  
  
• Subfield options provide even more flexibility. You can add unlimited number of options to the subfields, each with its own component price. e.g. For the T-Shirt store, you can have a subfield for men's, ladies', children's T-Shirts and under each, further subfields of small, medium, large, extra large.
  
• We even have customers who use this feature for Golf Club memberships where members join the clubs at various months of the year.
  
  
• Do you have another item that needs to have similar subfield options? Simple, just select the first item click on the Copy button and then go to the new item and click on Paste, all the subfields will be set up in the new item for you.
